Gorgone
SolData, the automatic monitoring specialist, has developed an innovative system for automatic acsoustic and vibratory control called Gorgon.
GORGON is made up of a data acquisition unit able to work with up to 16 tri-axial sensors (geophones or accelerometers).
The digital signal from the sensor enables the transmission of data on very important lengths. Radios can also be inserted between the sensors and the acquisition unit, creating a real measurement network.
GORGON is an ideal measurement tool, very well adapted to work sites or sites of difficult access, where the cables can be a source of breakdowns (power cut, etc.)
The readings are made from by a software, by exporting the acquisition unit to a standad PC. Measurements can also be collected by Geoscope Web.
