We carry out many types of tests and building controls, such as:

  • Pile, barrette, and anchor testing:
These tests are installed and carried out by our experienced staff to local and/or international specifications. Each year, we carry out more than 300 load tests, from testing simple anchors to the loading of barrettes of several tons. We are supported by our GEOSCOPE software (module Pmax), which enables the derivation of stress and deformation curves and the control, in real time, of the assessment progress. On completion of the test all the results together with the detailed report are provided. The local accreditations required for these tests have been obtained.

  • The measurement of underground geometry: drilling deviation, clinometry, measurement under bentonite slurry, measurement of the diameter of Jet grouting columns:
Our specialist teams have, at their disposal, specific equipment (Maxibor, Minibor, Clinometric probes) that allow the measurement of deviation of small diameter drilling such as jet grouting drill strings irrespective of the drilling orientation.

Sol Data offers a quick and professional testing regime that determines the geometry of large bored piles and diaphragm wall panels before concreting commences. Using the Kaijo Earth Echo sounding device, accurate data of verticality, depth and degradation of excavations is established.

Adapted to the measurement of all types of jet grouting (vertical and horizontal), Sol Data Cyljet process is a unique device for the quick measurement of the columns diameter. In particular, it allows the measurement of the diameter of deep or large columns.
  • Integrity measurements, sonic logging, structural radar
In order to check the homogeneity and integrity of concrete in deep excavations, Sol Data use the sonic measurement equipment CEBTP CS97. Also available are the whole range of structural radars SIR 2000, SIR3000, SIR20 and all the antennas required for the diagnostic and localisation of buried voids within tunnels or in structures.
