The SFA gathers French Acousticians from public research and industry. It includes researchers, teachers, engineers and companies spcialised in acoustics, such as SolData.
Its vocation is to facilitate the diffusion of any scientific and technical information as well as contacts between research laboratories and R&D centres.

SolData, the real-time monitoring specialist, has developed GORGON, an innovative acoustic-seismic measurement software:
Gorgon
Gorgon responds to all measurement configurations, including those of French and European standards:

  • Real-time vibration: particular speed monitoring related to blasting or worksite activity,
  • Event detection such as a quarry collapse or falling rocks in a landslide.
